Each session starts off with a fun warm up before diving into the routine or style of your choice.
We’ve got a theme for everybody from the iconic dance moves of 80’s to twerking like Destiny’s Child or maybe being a diva of disco and many more!

What do you need to wear?
Traditionally comfy clothing for most dance routines BUT maybe some hot and sexy heels for the burlesque. But don’t worry, at the time of booking we’ll advise you on what to bring with you depending on which workshop you want to book with us.
