6 WEEK BEGINNER YOGA COURSE
This 6-week course for beginners is designed with love to introduce you to yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. We intend to honour the cycles of our existence by moving, breathing, reflecting, meditating and creating sharing circles.
– Opening with breathing technique;
– A yoga practice;
– Breakdown of the poses and partner yoga;
– Recentering with a guided meditation for closure
One of my passions is caring for my body and mind, and I would like to invite you to this journey. You don’t need to be flexible at all, I will encourage and support you to learn more about your body and mind, reconnecting to body in a safe space.
At the end of the course, you should have a thorough understanding of the most commonly used breathing techniques and its purposes, sun salutations and most popular poses of yoga (based on the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga).
Please bring your own notebook and pen. and some comfortable clothes.
The venue provides mats, but you are welcome to bring your own.
