Sunday Movement & Drum Jam

About

An open movement and dance workshop with live drumming on … a drum kit!

Join movement facilitator Stephanie Osztreicher (movement director, teacher and performer) and drummer Alex Beck for an afternoon of rhythmical creativity and play through movement. This class offers an alternative to traditional exercise while at the same time opening your creative sensibility to round off your week and to get ready for the one ahead. Everyone can move, despite the limitations you may think you have. This is a playground for the adult to celebrate this!

What to expect:

A physical warm up

Guided movement exercises in collaboration with live drumming to explore texture, play and rhythm of your movement

A celebration of your individual body and creativity

Date and time:  TBA

Advanced tickets only
