Tahira first experienced Pilates at the age of 11, and was instantly hooked on how great it made her feel. Whilst studying Psychology at university she discovered the link between Pilates and mental health, and decided to complete her comprehensive Pilates education with HFE. Having coached Olympians, professional boxers and runners she implements a fun and lively way of training.
Both men and women have seen significant changes in their posture, core strength and flexibility after training with her. Her motto being “Train to be happy! Subconsciously, all other goals will follow.”
The class will focus on increasing flexibility, endurance and core strength whilst reducing back pain and muscle tension. It will be a fun way to learn about body awareness whilst increasing athletic ability.
Available for mixed abilities.
